Registered Health Visitor with a PGDip as a specialist practitioner in Public Health and Registered Nurse.

Sara a Registered Nutritionist and a Registered Health Visitor and works mainly with babies, children and families to promote health through food. She has over 15 years experience of supporting and promoting good nutrition and healthy lifestyles to children and their families and individuals. Sara is the author of “Easy Weaning” and is a frequent health writer for mother and baby magazines as well as professional journals.

Due to her unique set of qualifications she is able to specialise in supporting parents with infant feeding, infants and children who are difficult or fussy feeders, introduction of complimentary foods, and weaning and progressing feeding through toddlerhood, childhood to adolescence.

Her science background allows her to understand where the evidence does, and importantly doesn’t exist and pass on simple accurate and up to date advice.

Sara is a member of the Nutrition Society and participates in their Public Health Team.
