Managing Pain Booklet

As you are coming to The Portland Hospital to deliver your baby, you can expect to receive information about pain relief options and to be treated by staff committed to helping you develop strategies to cope with labour. This booklet will give you some information about the various methods of pain relief available to help with your labour. After you have read it, take some time to discuss it with your Consultant or Midwife for further information about all the options available to you.
