FAQs:
Why do I have to complete a registration form?
Each time you visit us, you will be required to complete a registration form. This form confirms all your personal details are correct, that you are receiving care from our facility and you will be responsible for settling any fees.
Can I visit the hospital before deciding to deliver there?
Yes. Our midwives offer tours on Mondays at 10:00, Wednesdays at 14:00 and Fridays at 18:00. Please contact them directly to book on 02073906344.
Why is the deposit more than the advertised fee?
As we do not know how long you will be in hospital, we request a standard deposit for maternity patients, details provided on our self-pay price list. The deposit is held on account and once you have been discharged we will calculate a final invoice, if it is less than the money on account we will refund you the difference. If the final bill is more than the deposit, we will ask you for the balance.
Are my partner’s meals included?
When you are a self-paying your partner’s meals are included. Bottled drinks and alcohol is additionally charged.
What is a ‘lodger fee’?
A lodger fee may be applied when mum stops receiving care, but continues to stay in the hospital, if baby has been admitted as a patient.
