Toddler development & learning

Toddlers develop and change very quickly. They’re learning a huge amount and their world is expanding at a massive rate. They have a strong urge to become independent – but of course physically and mentally they’re not ready for this – so anticipate a lot of frustration! “The terrible twos” is a cliche for a reason – because it happens so often – frustration can build into tantrums quite quickly. There’s a lot parents can do to encourage their toddler’s development and learning – for example, games to help physical, cognitive and emotional growth.
