Physical development

Seeing your baby become stronger and more coordinated during the first year is very exciting. Watching them holding up their heavy heads, rolling over, sitting up, crawling, cruising and finally walking. There are all sorts of things you can gently do as a parent to encourage this development. There are things in life that most people will never forget – and seeing your baby stand up and take their first, wobbly, steps is one. It’s exciting, it’s powerful, and it’s one of the fundamental things that makes us human.
