Mental health during pregnancy

Depression, anxiety, feelings of isolation, nervousness, ‘blues’ – whatever word you choose to call it – it’s a very common problem during and after pregnancy. Your midwife, health visitor and doctor will know what to do. The most important thing is to ask for support. This section has been advised by UNICEF UK Baby Friendly Initiative.
