Child nutrition

Good nutrition for children is so important. Not only is it vital for their development, but it can set up the eating habits for their whole lives. A child who is used to drinking lots of water, snacking on fruits and vegetables, avoiding too much sugar, avoiding e-numbers, and making sure they have enough of all the vital minerals and vitamins – is a child who is unlikely to become obese, and more likely to be fit, happy and healthy.
