TPH - 30 week Midwife Led Treatment Package

During your pregnancy you will be offered the below appointment schedule with our team of dedicated midwives. They will check that you and your baby are well, and provide support and information to help you make informed choices. The frequency of appointments may change dependent on your circumstances, which we will discuss with you if applicable.
In Short

TRANSFER OF CARE

We screen for pregnancy conditions throughout your antenatal care and, as a guide, the following conditions may arise at any stage during your pregnancy (other conditions may also apply):

Obstetric cholestasis

Bleeding

Diabetes

Pre-eclampsia

Reduced foetal movements

Breech

In this event, you may not be eligible for Midwife Led Delivery (MLD) care and you will be referred for consultant led care (CLC).
